These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the participation in the Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Telcom Connect Ltd  (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). By joining the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1 To join the Program, you must submit an application through the official website or as directed by the Company.
1.2 Acceptance into the Program is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject applications for any reason, including but not limited to failure to align with our brand or values.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 As an Affiliate, you agree to:

  • Promote Telcom Connect Ltd products and services using only approved marketing materials.

  • Avoid deceptive, misleading, or unethical practices that may harm the Company’s reputation.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including those related to advertising and online marketing.

2.2 You must not:

  • Use unauthorized materials, such as spam emails, misleading claims, or infringing content.

  • Bid on Telcom Connect Ltd-related keywords for paid advertisements without prior approval.

  • Represent yourself as an employee or agent of the Company.

3. Affiliate Links and Tracking

3.1 The Company will provide unique affiliate links to track referrals. You must use these links for proper tracking and commission attribution.
3.2 The Company is not responsible for tracking issues caused by:

  • Improper use of affiliate links.

  • Third-party interference, such as ad blockers.

  • Tracking cookies deleted by customers.

4. Commissions

4.1 Affiliates earn commissions based on successful referrals that result in completed sales through their unique affiliate link.
4.2 Commission rates will be communicated upon acceptance into the Program and may vary based on performance or promotional campaigns.
4.3 Commissions are paid on net sales (excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and shipping fees).

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Commissions are paid monthly, provided the Affiliate’s account balance exceeds the minimum payout threshold of €250.
5.2 Payments are made via the payment method specified by the Affiliate during registration.
5.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold or deduct commissions for fraudulent or refunded transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Telcom Solutions name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely for promoting Telcom Connect Ltd products.

6.2 All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Telcom Connect Ltd. Unauthorized use of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

7.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.
7.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate Affiliates for breach of these terms, including fraudulent activity or reputational harm to the Company.
7.3 Upon termination, Affiliates must cease all use of Telcom Connect Ltd branding and marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 The Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Program.
8.2 The Company does not guarantee specific results, earnings, or the continued availability of the Program.

9. Confidentiality

9.1 Affiliates must treat all non-public information provided by the Company as confidential, including commission structures and marketing strategies.
9.2 Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration or the courts of London, United Kingdom.

11. Modifications

11.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or the Affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Entire Agreement

12.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Affiliate and the Company regarding the Program and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
